Preparation:


  • Wash and chop chilli,onion,cut the ends, again wash and chop coccinia grandis.
  • Heat the pan take 3tea spoons of oil,add popu dinusulu(chana dal,mustard seeds,urad dal,cumin seeds),turmeric powder.
  • Wait for popu dinusulu become brownish, add curry leafs,chilli,onion and coccinia grandis.
  • After 3minutes add salt,every once of a 3minute mix well and close led.
  • After 20 minutes add red chilli powder and fry 10 minutes without led.
  • finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.

  • After 2minutes, add 2ml water,red chilli powder with garlic paste.this mixture is very taste to this curry.

  • Add sesame seeds powder and salt in to the tamarind pulp and cook until mixture thickenes.
