Thotakura curry:
ingredients:
onion-2amaranthus bunches-4
green chilli-2
garlic-5 to 6
curry leafs-1
red chilli powder-1tsp
chana dal-1/2cup
urad dal-1tsp
mustard seeds-1tsp
cumin seeds-1tsp
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
green gram-1/2 cup
masoor dal-1/2 cup
oil-3tsp
preparation:
- All vegetables wash and chopped onions,chilli and amaranthus.
- Heat the oil, add popu dinusulu,masoor dal,chana dal,green gram, fry 2 to 3minutes.
- Add curry leafs,chopped chilli,onion and turmeric powder, after 1minute add crushed amaranthus and little bit of salt becoz of green leaf vegtables have some salt.
- After 2minutes, add 2ml water,red chilli powder with garlic paste.this mixture is very taste to this curry.
- Finally off the flame and serve with rice or chapathi.
