potato,carrot and capsicum curry:
ingredients:
carrot-2potato-2
capsicum-1
green chilli-2
curry leaf-1
oil-3tsp
red chilli powder-1tsp
mustardseeds-1tsp
cumin seeds-1tsp
chana dal-2tsp
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/4tsp
preparation:
Wash all vegetables. Ofter wash peel and chop carrot and potato.Remove seeds and chop capsicum, and chop mirchi.
Heat the oil in a pan and add all popu dunusulu and fry till they become brown
Add curry leafs and turmeric powder after 1minute add chopped carrots and potatos fry 2minutes then add capsicum pieces add salt fry 5 to 7 minutes
Then add red chilli powder after 2 minutes off flame and finally add coriander leafs mix well.now this is ready to serve.
This carrot potato capsicum fry very taste with rice or chapathi.
