Dondakaya(coccinia grandis)curry:



Ingredients:


large onion-1
dondakaya-1/4kg
green chilli-2
curry leafs-1
red chilli powder-1tsp
chana dal-1/2cup
urad dal-1tsp
mustard seeds-1tsp
cumin seeds-1tsp
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
oil-3tsp
corianderleaves

Preparation:


  • Wash and chop chilli,onion,cut the ends, again wash and chop coccinia grandis.
  • Heat the pan take 3tea spoons of oil,add popu dinusulu(chana dal,mustard seeds,urad dal,cumin seeds),turmeric powder.
  • Wait for popu dinusulu become brownish, add curry leafs,chilli,onion and coccinia grandis.
  • After 3minutes add salt,every once of a 3minute mix well and close led.
  • After 20 minutes add red chilli powder and fry 10 minutes without led.
  • finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.

ginger & garlic paste-1tsp

preparation:



  • Wash and chopped thotakura.
  • All vegetables wash and chop chilli,onion,tomatos.
  • Heat the pan and take 2tea spoons of oil,add popu dinusulu(chana dal,mustard seeds,urad dal,cumin seeds),turmeric powder.
  • Wait for popu dinusulu become brownish.
  • Add curry leafs,chilli and onion, cook stil onion is transperent.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste after few seconds add chopped thotakura.
  • After 2 minute add chopped tomato and salt.
  • After 2 minutes add red chilli powder,cook 2minutes add coriander powder wait 1 minute and off the flame.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice and chapathi.
