Tomato egg curry:


Ingredients:


large onion-1
tomato-3
boiled eggs-2
green chilli-2
curry leafs-1
red chilli powder-1tsp
chana dal-1/2cup
urad dal-1tsp
mustard seeds-1tsp
cumin seeds-1tsp
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
oil-2tsp
ginger & garlic paste-1tsp
corianderleaves

Preparation:


  • Wash and chop chilli,onion,chop tomatos, remove the upper layer of boiled eggs.
  • Heat the pan take 2tea spoons of oil,add popu dinusulu(chana dal,mustard seeds,urad dal,cumin seeds),turmeric powder.wait for popu dinusulu become brownish.
  • Add curry leafs,chilli,onion cook stil onion is transperent.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, after few seconds add chopped tomatos.
  • After 1minute add boiled eggs and salt.
  • After 2 minutes add red chilli powder.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
