Ingredients:


large onion-1
lady fingers-1/4kg
green chilli-2
curry leafs-1
red chilli powder-1tsp
chana dal-1/2cup
urad dal-1tsp
mustard seeds-1tsp
cumin seeds-1tsp
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
oil-2tsp
corianderleaves

preparation:

  • All vegetables wash and chop chilli,onion,chop lady fingers.
  • Heat the pan take 2tea spoons of oil,add popu dinusulu(chana dal,mustard seeds,urad dal,cumin seeds),turmeric powder.
  • Wait for popu dinusulu become brownish.
  • Add curry leafs,chilli and onion, cook stil onion is transperent.
  • Then add chopped lady fingers, after 3minutes add salt.
  • After 4 minutes add red chilli powder.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or chapathi.
